We can't wait to see how God will move at HIM 2025, taking place March 13-15, 2025.

This year, we are excited to gather at the breathtaking Koʻolau Ballrooms in Kāneohe, nestled at the foot of the majestic Koʻolau Mountains. Just as these mountains stand strong and unshakable, so too is the hope we have in Christ—steadfast and unwavering. The beauty of this location serves as a powerful reminder that God's promises are sure, and His hope will never disappoint.

We invite you to be part of this transformative event by exhibiting and sharing your products or services with the HIM 2025 attendees. As an exhibitor, you’ll play a vital role in offering attendees new strategies, fresh perspectives, ministry opportunities, and resources—just when they are most open to stepping out in faith and action.

Due to the change in venue, space is limited, so we encourage you to sign up early to secure your table. Join us in celebrating the hope that anchors us, and let’s come together to witness God's faithfulness in our ministries and communities.

Exhibit Table Rate
$250 + Tax*

Exhibit table reservations are limited. Table location will be determined by HIM Staff on a first come, first served basis.

Each table reservation includes:

  • 8’ table (covered)

  • Two (2) chairs

  • One (1) all-access pass to HIM 2025

  • Up to three (3) discounted HIM 2025 registrations for booth staff

Advertising Rates

$200 + Tax* (Exhibitor)
$300 + Tax* (non-Exhibitor)

Ads are displayed during the in-person and livestreamed event on a looping slideshow 15 minutes before and after every general session.

Ad specifications:

  • Landscape orientation, 1920 x 1080

  • Full color or black and white

  • JPG or PNG formats only

*4.712% HI GET will be added when payment is made.

1.  TABLE ASSIGNMENT

HIM assigns exhibit tables on a first-come/first-serve order based upon receipt of your application, accompanying payment, and acceptance of the application by HIM. HIM reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor application for any reason. Exhibitors who have not paid for their table in full will not be allowed to exhibit. One ministry/organization per exhibit table. Exhibitors may not share table space.

2.  TABLE DISPLAY & SOUND PROJECTION

Visual access to surrounding exhibitor areas must not be unreasonably blocked by an exhibitor. General displays should be no higher than 10’ in the back and 4’ on the sides. The exhibitor agrees to utilize allotted space without exceeding the 8’ table space.

Hawaiian Islands Ministries reserves the right to require exhibitors to remove any sign, literature, etc., that HIM feels does not conform to the morals, tone or attitude of HIM 2025. Any infringement upon this restriction may result in an exhibitor’s removal from HIM 2025.

All exhibit sales must be conducted within your exhibit table. The exhibitor agrees not to solicit outside of the table space.

Exhibitors using sound equipment are to make sure that the sound does not disturb neighboring displays. Sound projection should be confined to the limits of the table area.

3.  LIABILITY & INDEMNITY CLAUSE

The exhibitor agrees that the exhibit shall be set and maintained through the duration of the convention in full compliance with the rules of this contract. HIM reserves the right to reject, eject, or prohibit any exhibit in whole or part, or any exhibitor or exhibitor representatives, with or without giving cause. 

As a contractual condition of exhibiting at a HIM conference, an exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to the exhibit site, or for injuries to any person at the site that results from any act or omission of the exhibit.  An exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HIM and its employees, the convention site owners, managers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from exhibitor use of the property. 

An exhibitor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, or out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees that arise from or out of the exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or site location.

As a contractual condition of exhibiting at a HIM conference, HIM and its employees shall be held harmless for the possible loss of exhibitor equipment, merchandise, or other materials from an exhibitor’s display.

  • Unfortunately, our speaker slate for HIM 2025 is currently full.

    Our speakers are personally invited by HIM. If you or anyone from your organization would be interested in speaking at future conferences, please email speaker information along with a speaking sample to mmason@himonline.org for consideration.

  • Each table reservation includes:

    • 8’ table (covered)
    • Two (2) chairs
    • One (1) all-access pass to HIM 2025
    • Up to 3 discounted HIM 2025 registration for booth staff.

  • Unfortunately, electricity will not be available.

  • Due to the location change and space constraints, HIM Staff will be determining booth placement upon a first come, first served basis.

  • 50% on or before Feb 1. No refund after Feb 1.
