  • Your HIM 2O25 In-Person Ticket gives you a seat at all HIM 2025 general sessions and your choice of HIM Unplugged sessions on Friday, March 14, 9AM to 5PM

    Your HIM 2025 Livestream Ticket gives you exclusive access to all HIM 2025 General Sessions from anywhere in the world. Note: Livestreaming of general sessions will begin after worship. HIM Unplugged (Friday daytime electives) will not be livestreamed or recorded for future viewing.

    Both tickets give you access to video replay of all HIM 2025 general sessions for a limited time after the conference.

  • There is no deadline. You may register any time before or during HIM 2025.

    However, adults registering by 2/15/25 will get discounted early rates - a 20% savings!

  • No. Instead, we encourage everyone to take advantage of the extended early rate thru Feb 15, 2025. After 02/15/25, rates will increase to the full price of $199pp.

    *Youth/Chaperone rates will remain the same.

  • Meals are not included. However, you can pre-purchase a Friday lunch, Friday dinner and/or Saturday lunch so you can enjoy fellowship over meals on campus. Pre-purchase meals HERE.

  • No. All HIM 2025 tickets provide access to the whole event. They cannot be split and shared.

  • No. With an in-person registration you can only attend HIM 2025 in person. Video replay of general sessions will be available after the conference.

  • No. Livestream tickets are for participating live online only. To attend in person, please purchase an In-Person Ticket

REGISTRATION

 

  • You will need your ticket attached to your confirmation email.

    Present your tickets (attached to your confirmation email) at check-in. Printing tickets is the fastest way to check-in. You may also present your tickets from your mobile phone.)

    Important: Be sure to save your HIM 2025 confirmation email with your attached tickets.

  • Friday lunch and dinner, and Saturday lunch are available for pre-order through March 6, 2025 on our registration site. Food will not be available for purchase onsite. Pre-order a meal here.

  • In-person registrations are good for in-person only. Video replay will be available after the conference if any of the in-person sessions are missed.

ATTENDING IN PERSON

  • A livestream link will be emailed to those who registered to livestream HIM 2025. Expect an email from SimpleTix a few days before the start of the conference.

  • Any computer, tablet, smartphone or video display with a working internet connection will work.

    We strongly suggest you check your internet connection and speed before HIM 2025 to ensure everything works. A bad connection or slow speeds may result in a degraded conference experience. Check your connection speed at fast.com.

  • Do 4 simple things ahead of time to test your connectivity:

    1. Make sure your wifi/internet connection is working.

    2. Make sure your internet connection works on the device you plan to use.

    3. We recommend a minimum connection speed of 10 Mbps. Check your connection speed at fast.com.

    4. Limit other devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc.) from using the network you are using for the web stream. Do not start large downloads or uploads while streaming, and only have one internet tab open on the web browser you are using for the web stream.

  • Hawai‘i is UTC -10

    Hawai‘i does not have daylight savings. This is important to know if you live outside Hawai‘i. If you live outside of Hawai‘i, the time difference will change when daylight savings goes into effect. In 2025 in the U.S., DST starts Sunday, March 9, 2025.

    You can use websites like these to convert to HST: timeanddate.com or worldtimebuddy.com.

  • Due to limited seats in-person, livestream registrants may attend online only.

  • Due to copyright restrictions worship will not be streamed or included in video replay of the general sessions.

  • We love that you want to experience HIM 2025 with your family, friends and community! However, we ask that every person register for the livestream because we need to cover our livestream costs. Mahalo!

Watch past sessions

  • Video replay allows you to watch/rewatch sessions after the conference— those you attended and those you didn’t. This is only available to conference registrants and for a limited time only. A video replay link will be emailed to both in-person and livestream registrants following the conference. Note: HIM Unplugged (Friday daytime electives) will not be recorded and will not be available for video replay.

  • All HIM 2025 conference registrants will be emailed a video replay link to all the General sessions, for a limited time, following the conference. HIM Unplugged (Friday daytime electives) will not be recorded and will therefore not be available for viewing later.

  • Video replay will be made accessible after the conference. A video replay link will be emailed to both in-person and livestream registrants following the conference.

  • Yes, Video Replay will be available after the conference for a limited time. A video replay link will be emailed to both in-person and livestream registrants following the conference.

  • All plenary talks will be available for video replay following the conference. HIM Unplugged (Friday daytime electives) will not be recorded, therefore, they will not be available for video replay.

    Worship will not be included in any video replay sessions because of licensing issues.

  • None of the sessions will not be available for purchase.

    However, video replay of plenary talks are included with registration, whether for the in-person experience or livestream. Replay will be available after the conference ends, and for a limited amount of time.

  • Unfortunately, there are not a lot of accommodations close to the conference center. Paradise Bay Resort is closest. Next closest hotel/resort would probably be in the Honolulu area - around 10-13 miles away. A few non-waikiki hotels/resorts are:

    AC Hotel by Marriott
    Ala Moana Hotel

    Otherwise, we suggest doing a search on AirBnB or Vrbo.
